• Employ-ABLE Disability Career Fair
  Employ-ABLE Disability Career Fair, sponsored by Baltimore County Commission On Disabilities and funded by Maryland Department Of Disabilities will be a part of the World of Possibilities Expo at the Maryland State Fairgrounds on Wednesday of the Expo, May 6, 2009! Don't forget to bring your resume to the event. Find companies who are hiring persons with disabilities as well as disability professionals (OTs, PTs, educators, etc.). employ-ABLE helps bring more employment opportunities to the disabilities community and our returning disabled veterans by linking employers with job seekers.



• Emergency Preparedness - Vista Room
  Baltimore County Emergency Management and Homeland Security, Baltimore City Mayor's Office of Emergency Management and the Maryland Department of Disabilities will host an "Emergency Preparedness" workshop in the Vista Room, on May 7th at 11:00am, 1:00pm and 3:00pm at the Expo.



• Local Agencies and Support Groups
  Agencies such as the Maryland Department of Disabilities, Maryland Assistive Technology Loan Program, Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MD TAP) and many many more will be on the show floor



• Exhibitors
  Many exhibitors from across America (and outside the U.S.A.) will share their knowledge and expertise about their equipment/supplies

  Abby Sternberg of Media Master, Inc. will be videotaping at the Expo.

• Free Wheelchair Rentals and Emergency Repair Services
  Mobility Rehab Products, LLC will be donating free rentals and emergency repairs.
  
  Caring Communities is encouraging donations for these services. All proceeds will go back to Caring Communities.



• Jafai Health and Support Services
  Jafai Health and Support Services will be available during show hours for Expo attendees who need assistance.



• Fashion Show
  Sunshine Project H.E.L.P. will be hosting a fashion show both days of the Expo.
